In order to protect our employees, please keep your parking lot de-iced at all times by pouring salt on it (especially when it comes to a sloping entrance).

Do not leave any objects in the parking lot.

If you are shoveling your steps and the front of your garage door, we ask you to do this work before 8:00 am and deposit this snow in the center of the parking lot.
Please note that we will not be picking up this snow again if the final cleaning has already been done.
In order to facilitate the snow removal work during the night, it is important to leave a minimum space of 6 feet between the vehicle and the street.

After our first visit, we ask that you kindly vacate the parking lot by 8:00 am and leave Vehicles at a distance of 8 feet from the parking lot line.
Our vehicles require 10 feet of headroom. Ideally, prune any branches that could hinder snow removal operations.
